A dangerous criminal. His enemy’s daughter. Can love conquer revenge?

Two years out of college, Angelica Bondesan spends her time working as a barister, keeping in touch with her prodigal brother, and trying to figure out how to bridge the gap with her father, a wealthy real estate developer.

But all of that changes the night she’s kidnapped. Thrown into a windowless room, Angelica is positive there’s been some kind of mistake-until she meets Nico Vitale.

Gorgeous and frightening, Nico became the boss of New York City’s Vitale crime family after the execution style murder of his parents two years earlier. Since then he’s turned the old-school mob into a sleek, modern army of ruthless men who understand that physical violence-while always an option-isn’t the only way to get what you want.

Now Angel is forced to face the truth;

Her father is not the man she believed him to be.

Nico Vitale is dangerous, possibly lethal.

She is falling in love with Nico Vitale.

This is not your mother’s mob.

Review ***SPOILERS***

This story was amaze balls!

All the action kicked off pretty quickly which really set the tone for the rest of the book. Some stories require a build up but Ruthless lived up to its name and has punched its way into the charts.

The main characters Angelica and Nico were very well thought out and delivered to the reader in just the right way. They both had acceptable lives, they both lived day to day, until they found each other and realised they were missing something, a love and companionship only they could give one another.

Michelle takes us across the globe to some beautiful and romantic places and also shows us some dark sides too. We’re given a glimpse into the life of the mob, which is scary but also thrilling.

We need to hear more on some other characters. Particularly David and Luca, There is definitely more to them than we’ve been told and I can’t wait to read more about them.

This is a book that needs to be read! It is also FREE for a limited time on Amazon!! (Kindle Edition)
