Review of Remember When by R C Boldt

Five Stars

Remember when cover

Remember When is the third book in the Teach Me series, but can be enjoyed as a full-length, standalone romance.
The third installment of RC Boldt’s Teach Me series returns with two people who once had it all…

Over a decade ago, fourth grade teacher Tate Donnelly was attending college with the love of her life by her side. She had been certain, even then, that it was the forever kind of love. But she was proven wrong when he left her all alone to pick up the pieces of her life—and heart—when her entire world imploded.

Former Navy SEAL Miller Vaughn once had the love of a girl he thought would be his, and be by his side forever. Unfortunately, that only lasted until after he joined the Navy. Then she vanished, never to be heard from again. Throwing himself into his training, he vowed to become the best, toughest SEAL he could be, and never let a girl get the best of him again.

Years later, a man who resembles a boy she once knew reappears in her life. A boy she had loved with her whole being. A boy who had eviscerated her heart.

Though much time has passed, Tate and Miller still feel that same “pull” they did years ago. When truths about the past are revealed, will they both be able to move on from their painful past … or are they destined for heartbreak again?

Can they remember when their love was the most important thing in their world?

This was such a fantastic read, it pulls you in from the start and you cannot let go, you have to keep reading, the pull is that great! I love the twist of Tate and Millers love story… It was heartbreaking yet how they both dealt with it was incredible.—2 One Click Chicks

The banter, chemistry and pull that takes place in this book has you turning the pages to see where Tate and Miller will end up. The whole gang is back and a few new ones have joined the mix to make this a fun, romantic read.—Shelly, Goodreads Reviewer

OK, so WOW! I was so excited to get my hands on this book. I’m a huge fan of R C Boldt and LOVE the Teach Me series, so it’s fair to say I had high hopes for this book……. Remember When certainly didn’t disappoint!

It’s the first romantic relationship in the series that has history, Miller and Tate’s relationship started in high school but it soon ended when Miller left to join the Navy. It has been known by the group of friends that Tate and Miller have history no matter how much they try to hide it and I swear I let out a groan of satisfaction when I finally found out their secrets.

Whilst Tate and Miller’s story was brilliant, what really made the whole book for me was the group of friends as a whole. There are so many laugh out loud moments, mostly thanks to my favourite character Lawson and my new close second favourite character Kane. R C Boldt really has put together the best group of people, they pull you in from the very first page and make the reader feel like part of their group.

Another great story in the Teach Me series, I really can’t wait to read the next instalment which I believe my dear Lawson is a part of!!!

If your ever feeling lonely, the Teach Me series will soon have you feeling loved, wanted and all warm and mushy inside!!
